Parkway Sells 11% Stake in Gleneagles Dialysis International

Lianhe Zaobao reports that Parkway Holdings sold an 11% stake in Gleneagles Dialysis International to RTS Worldwide Holdings, a subsidiary of Baxter International, for $550,000. After the sale, RTS’s holding rose to 51%.

At the same time, Gleneagles Dialysis International agreed to acquire 60% of Gleneagles Dialysis Centre from Dr Er Kong Kiong and Dr Akira Wu for $1.6 million. Parkway said the restructuring would support the growth of dialysis centres in Singapore and the Asia Pacific.
